الملخص الإنجليزي
This project attempts to evaluate the status of disabled people in folk culture.
The focus is placed on proverbs and jokes as a means to assess the perceptions of the disabled and evaluate them.
Hence, some of the socio-cultural mechanisms that prevent the disabled from enjoying their rights on an equal basis are denounced as well as the negative prejudices and stereotypes embedded in Moroccan culture.
