Influence of the substrate and annealing temperature on the optical constants of GeSe2 thin films

The optical constants [the refractive index (n).

the extinction coefficient (k) and dielectric constant (ء) of GeSe? this films have been measured in the wavelength range (500-2100) nm.

It is found that refracti%'e index (n) at the wavelength 1500 nm increases from (2.36-2.5) W'hile the extinction coefficient (k) decreases from (6.45-2.37) * 10*-2 with the increasing of the substrate temperature in the range (298-423)K.

The effect of annealing temperature on the optical constants was also studied.آل is observed a decreasing of the refractive index (il) and extinction coefficient (k) with the increasing of annealing temperature
