Design and implementation op binary colours set technique to hide information

The purpose of this paper is the development and implementation of steganographic method that hide information into image file.

Information will be hidden in a selected part of the image, depending on some rules implemented to select this part of the image.

The method is implemented with a new technique for different examples by using BMP image file format.
