The Ministry of Health (MOH) in Bahrain is no exception to such a rule.

Lately, the MOH has launched various projects to improve the quality of services provided in the primary care health centers.

The aim of this paper is to discuss the nurse triage initiative which was launched recently, its procedure, impacts, outcomes and barriers.
