Inelastic longitudinal form factors of electron scattering have been investigated for the lower part of fp shell nuclei.

These nuclei include 50,52,54Cr , Ti 46,48,50 .

The investigations were carried out in terms of the configuration mixing shell model with limiting number of orbital in the model space outside the inert core.

The discarded space includes, what is called corepolarization effect, through a microscopic theory, which considers a particlehole excitations from the core orbits and from the model space orbits into the higher orbits with 2ħω, 4ħω and 6ħω excitations.

For the excitations out of the model space, the Modified Surface Delta Interaction (MSDI) and the two body Michigan sum of three range Yukawa potential (M3Y) interaction are employed as a residual interaction.

The results look better when using MSDI as residual interaction than results of using M3Y as residual interaction.

Different model space effective interactions are adopted to generate the model space wave functions.

The simple harmonic oscillator potential is used to generate the single particle wave functions, where an analytical solution is possible.

Comparisons were made with the available experimental data for different multipolarities.

Core polarization effects improve the agreement with the experimental data remarkably well and play an essential role for electron scattering form factors.

The present work includes the following transitions 50Cr (0+1 2+1) at 0.78MeV and (0+1 4+1) at 2.675MeV, 52Cr (0+2 2+2) at 1.43MeV and(0+2 4+2) at 2.6MeV, 54Cr (0+3 2+3) at 0.84MeV and (0+3 4+3) at 0.832MeV, 46Ti (0+1 2+1) at 0.89MeV, 48Ti (0+2 2+2) at 0.98MeV and (0+2 4+2) at 1.967MeV and 50Ti (0+3 2+3) at 1.55MeV and (0+3 4+3) at 2.675MeV.

The C2 and C4 form factor are enhanced by including core-polarization effects with excitation energy 6ħω, in comparison with 4ħω and 2ħω excitations.

The M3Y interaction fails to reproduce the experimental data for all transition under consideration.

The B(C2) and B(C4) values for Chromium isotops are very closer to measured values.

The inclusion of the core-polarization effects enhance the calculated values as compared with fp-shell model calculation and the theory values a closer to the experimental data.
