Objective: To check reliable and valid means for assessment of attitudes Method: A study was done by a questionnaire on 153 medical students to find the ways of their thinking about Hippocratic oath Results: 153 medical students out of 177 responded the questionnaires.

The mean age of the students was 20.9 years.

Most of the students felt necessary to take oath for medical graduates.

Their opinion about Hippocratic Oath was positive and is reflected in the body of the paper
