الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aims to facilitate the hiring process for Multinational Companies that are eager to penetrate the Moroccan market.

It presents analysis from the assessment of 306 college students.

First, this project attempts to compare Moroccan students to three other countries, namely the US, Canada, and China based on mean scores for each of the five areas mentioned.

Our results show that Moroccan students scored highest in Theory Y, they had the highest Machiavellianism score among the three countries, and also they belong to a Low Context culture.

Our findings further demonstrate that Moroccan students scored higher in Family, Professional, and Spiritual values than other values, and that they would more likely choose Accommodation or Competition when faced with conflict, and would less likely choose Compromise.

Second, this research project tests whether the tendency towards a management style, a conflict management style, the level of Machiavellianism, or the cultural context is influenced by the demographic variables, the personal values, or either of the previously mentioned areas.

Our findings suggest that Theory X students can either be competitive or collaborative, whereas Theory Y students are more collaborative and less Machiavellian.

Furthermore, students enrolled in Private Schools lean less towards Theory Y, Avoidance, and Accommodation.

Older students are less competitive, less avoiding, less accommodating, and tend to be High Context individuals.

Those who are more advanced in their education tend to be more competitive, more accommodating, and Low Context individuals.
