The problem oftraining the operators responsable to conduct an automated process in a specified culturel context has been analysed in this article.
The author, on the basis of the computer numerically controlled machine tools (CNCM) underline the complexity ofthe new work situations, and the new competences which require.
Thereby, taking into account, the specific caracteristics of the CNCM operators she raise a number of questions related؛ tp their training.

L’article traite du problème de laformation des opéra-teurs chargés de conduire desprocessus automatisés dans des contex-tes culturellement spécifiés.
En se basant sur l'exemple de la MOCN, l'auteur met l'accent sur la complexité des nouvelles technologies et des nouvelles compétences qu'elles requièrent.
Par ailleurs, en tenant compte des spécificités des conducteurs de la MOCN, ilsoulève un ensemble de questions que pose laformation de cette population.
