Expectancy theory : testing of motivational model

This research was an attempt to test the validity of a motivational model : the expectancy model.

The results supported the models a good predictor of effort.

As expected it was found that the willingness to exert effort does not depend solely on satisfying the main human needs.

The proposed models one-way of increasing the chances for a good watching between the worker's expectancies and the company’s expectations, and that is necessary condition for releasing motivation.
