الملخص الإنجليزي

1.1 Company The Faqir Dairy is going to be located in the suburbs of Tiflet City 50 km north east of Rabat.

The farm has a surface area of 25 hectares of arable land. The dairy is going to milk 50 Holstein cows and raise a part of the heifers necessary to replace the culled cows.

The 50 cows are going to be accommodated in a single free stall stable. 1.2 Products The two main products of the herd are going to be milk and calves.

Milk is going to be marketed through both milk collection centers and traditional channels.

Calves, heifers, and culled cows are going to be sold in the local cattle markets. 1.3 Ownership and Financing The owners of the business are the Faqir family.

Faqir Youness who has a financial stake in the business is the General Manager of the dairy herd.

He is going to be the responsible for day to day decisions of the business. The financial contribution of the owners to the business will be MADl, 698,800.

A bank loan from “Le Credit Agricole” bank will ensure the remaining MADl, 175,000 of the capital. 1.4 Mission The Faqir Dairy is going to compete to be a leading dairy herd in its region. The mission of the business is the efficient production of high quality milk.

To this end, the business is going to follow a scientific management approach in day to day operations based on the latest techniques and technology of a dairy business.
