The study aims at measuring the extent of convergence of Morocco in use of information and communication technologies to a group of emerging markets level of use that are South Africa, South Korea, Brazil and Turkey using sigma convergence test.
A second test was performed; this is a non-parametric test that is appropriate for a small sample size data
