The present paper documents the impact of the microfinance on Moroccan households’ standards ‘of living through a sample of Al AMANA beneficiaries.

The income of the beneficiaries after taking the loan has been considered as a benchmark for the Moroccan households standards of living.

One model was implemented to test the hypothesis of whether microfinance impacts the Moroccan households’ standards of living or not.

This impact was measured using two methods; multiple regression as well as elasticity.

Accordingly, using both enter and stepwise methods the model captured the effect of the following variables: initial income, Al AMANA loan, level of education, type of activity, city, and gender.

These variables are considered the most important ones that affect most beneficiaries’ income and hence Moroccan households’ standards of living.

The results of the elasticity strengthened our findings using only the numerical variables from the regression models outputs; namely Al AMANA loan and the initial income.
