Human organ transplants have evolved a remarkable development during the second half of the twentieth century, these processes have achieved remarkable successes, which has necessitated to look for legitimate and legal provision of these processes and its controls that govern them.

International conferences and doctrinal groups have been held in order to study this issue, which has encouraged some countries to regulate it in legal texts, particularly with regard to the testaments of organs donation after death.

This issue has been treated through three basic sections, the first: the identification of search terms, the second related to ruling on testaments of organs donation in jurisprudence and law, and the third relates to the conditions and controls of testaments of organs donation.
