This paper is an attempt to analyze the real situation of the educational methods and how to improve them in the best way possible for building a good society.

The values of personality are formed from the process of education that could make the methods of thought and how to build a conception of himself and the others.

Education will not be acquired just in school but in the family and in society.

Because life changes the educational methods, it must develop day after day in order to maintain efficiency.

To develop new educational methods is not an easy task.

It is not a question of reading some special books of methodology and copying some information and adapt them to arrive to the purposes, but it’s very complicated task.

It needs a deep knowledge of teachers training and the culture of students.

All the factors and their interactions with other factors in society are important in our investigation, i.e.

social, political and cultural.
