The study is preoccupied with identifying the influence of the environment surrounding the talented females on activating their creative abilities, whether on the school or university, for there is an urgent need to give consideration and attention to their innovative and creative faculties from the very beginning after discovering them in order to invest those capabilities which are the real wealth to stand on the threshold of the future, especially as many countries do believe that the future depends on that scarce and rare group to achieve the comprehensive development and identifying all the ways to meet the challenges nations face using those innovative, creative and nor.

The importance of this study is that it tries to identify the most Important mechanisms for building the surrounding environment and its role in activating creative ability as leading works have become occupy the leading place in the world due to lack and scarcity of creators and innovators and the importance of what they achieve through their creativity and innovation, that help to achieve the elevation and progress of society, as it serves as a strategic reserve for the minds of the nation, as the state and ail concerned and responsible stakeholders should work for care and development of their talents by venous means to take advantage of their ability and creativity in all areas and fellows economically, socially and culturally.
