الملخص الإنجليزي

This thesis presents a methodology for modeling the DBRPCAR (database replication in private cloud availability regions).

The methodology consists of an overview for DBRPCAR (database replication in private cloud availability regions), the architecture of the read request model, the architecture of the proposed write request model, and assumptions for applying the proposed DBRPCAR (database replication model in private cloud availability regions).

The proposed model for DBRPCAR (database replication model in private cloud availability regions) is an enhancement of the (SQL Server AlwaysOn) layers of protection model presents by Microsoft in January, 2012.

The enhancement concentrates on the DBRPCAR (database replication for private cloud availability regions) through the use of primary and secondary servers.

The processes of the proposed model during the client sends write/read request to the server, in synchronous and semi synchronous replication level are described in detail.

The same holds true to the processes of proposed model present when the client sends write/read request to the primary server.

All the types of failure cause and solutions are presented in this thesis.

Using the proposed model increases the performance because each one of the secondary servers opens for read/write.

This allows the clients to connect to the nearby secondary server which permits lower load on each server.

Since read and write request will be distributed between all servers in entire region.

Also in the SQL 2012 database replication model can failover automatically to only one of the two synchronous secondary servers.

However, using the new model can failover automatically to four secondary synchronous servers, which every synchronous secondary server has a priority number to failover on it.
