Thinking is one of the very important values in the Holy Qur'an, which this article trades to indicate, by focusing on the fundamental issue: How does the Quran Train the Muslim brain on scientific thinking.

To response, we used the descriptive method to monitor models of training, and the analytical method to analyze those models and detection its impacts on good thinking.

We start the article by defining thinking, then highlighted how the Holy Qur'an make important to scientific thinking, and how he train it by using measurement, reasoning, and inducting methods, which combines between the theory and reality, as well as between Aafak, Anfus, and Hidaya.

Furthermore, how to understand God's judgment on his kadar, and final to balance the pros and cons.

That is the most important result reached by the research that highlighted how the Muslim can develop thinking with guidance of the Qur'an.
