The "built" environment has a vast impact on the natural environment, human health, and the economy.

By adopting green building strategies, we can maximize both economic and environmental performance.

This study, The Economic value of green building investment , represents the most definitive sustainable building is a cost-effective investment, and its findings should encourage communities across the country to ―build green.‖ By application the efficient sustainable techniques with the right management we can get Perfect , Green , Durable , High performance , Elegant and thrifty Buildings.

Improved indoor environmental quality will improving health , Develop users performance and reach high level of comfort and luxury .

Green building can also reduce costs to society By minimizing the use of Energy and water ,low operating cost , Durable and efficient use for the natural recourses .

The current researches ideas shows that the cost of the buildings will raise up to(15-20)% if they was green .In this research we will show that costs of the buildings which are green are equal to the typical one, and its has less operations cost by taking the LEED certification goals and apply it on model by following the right methods and manage the resources and ideas to reach the goal of this research to having the applicable sustainable green building with low operation cost form the original ones from the design phase to construction , renovation and demolition .

For that we will study and analysis the green buildings and conventional one by (comparison) method to improve this Assumption or not.
