Islamic finance has continuously been raising growing interests of professionals and researchers.
This significant concern is primarily attributable to its potential quantity of funds as well as the specificity of its outcomes.
The other source of attention stems from the fundamental principle of sharing that characterizes this sort of economics.
Yet, in fact, transactions related to these products focus mainly on mark-up modes.
Like the conventional finance products, Islamic finances are subject to informational asymmetry which influence their existence on the market.
Our contribution is to show the nature of informational asymmetry obstacles that confront Islamic products.
We examine the current tendency of such problems.
Finally, we propose potential solutions to overcome them.
الملخص FRE
La finance islamique suscite de plus en plus l’intérêt des professionnels et des académiques ; tout d’abord, par le volume potentiel des fonds qu’elle représente et, ensuite, par la spécificité de ses produits.
Celle-ci découle de leur principe fondateur qui est le partage.
Or, en pratique les transactions relatives à ces produits se concentrent principalement sur les modes commissionnés.
A l’instar des produits de la finance conventionnelle, les produits islamiques font l’objet d’une asymétrie informationnelle, ex-ante et ex-post, déterminante pour leur survie sur le marché.
Notre contribution est de présenter les problèmes d’asymétrie informationnelle confrontant les produits islamiques, en exploitant le corpus théorique relatif à l’économie de l’information, d’analyser leur tendance actuelle et de proposer des solutions à ces problèmes
