According to the literature the precipitation sequence in Al-Zn-Mg-Cu system alloys is function of several parameters, notably the relative concentrations of solutes, the heat treatment temperature applied and the addition of other elements such as the Cu or the Li.
The aim of this work is essentially to follow the precipitation in two alloys of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu system called AZGU2 and AZGU4 and to study the effect of the increase of Zn and the natural ageing at room temperature on phenomena of precipitation and dissolution in these alloys.

D’après la littérature la séquence de précipitation dans les alliages du système Al-Zn-Mg-Cu est fonction de plusieurs paramètres, notamment les concentrations relatives des solutés, la température du traitement thermique appliqué et l'addition d'autres éléments tels que le Cu ou le Li.
Le but de ce travail est essentiellement de suivre la précipitation dans deux alliages de système Al-Zn-Mg-Cu notés AZGU2 et AZGU4 et d'étudier l'effet de l'augmentation de Zn et le maintien à la température ambiante sur les phénomènes de précipitation et de dissolution dans ces alliages.
