Banking governance applications take very great importance to the nature of the banking business that beset its significant risks and requires the performance of its activities to achieve a high degree of efficiency and accuracy, requiring the adoption of a broader and deeper vision and is interested in banking governance to develop the internal structures of the banks leading to achieve transparency in the performance and development of the management level, has increased the importance of governance as a result of the direction of many of the countries of the world toward capitalism and economic systems that greatly depends on the special projects to achieve high and sustainable rates of economic growth, has resulted in widening the size of these projects to the separation of ownership from management, and embarked on such projects to search for sources of funding less expensive than banking sources appealed to financial markets, prompting the weak control over the actions of managers and the occurrence of a lot of companies in the economic crisis mechanisms, and then search for a way out of this crisis and to focus on structural reform programs, to repair the various imbalances that caused the financial crisis.
