الملخص الإنجليزي

E-government security provides edges to the citizens and to public directors at variety of levels.

At its most elementary level, e-government will connect fashionable technologies to alter the departments to reach potency.

One among the foremost necessary problems that require to be addressed in e-government technology is to use security measures in area unit chiefly to extend the government productivity, accuracy, privacy and potency in business body operations.

To attain the general mission, set security live and defense to safeguard the e-government activities is crucially required.

It is chiefly as a result of e-mail content area unit straightforward transferred by hackers, networking intrusions and viruses and additionally any potential threats that will have seemingly to happen.

So, security measures designed to safeguard e-mail content and data of citizens.

In this research, to make the transfer method of the data is far away from hackers that obtain to steal data, thus the researcher is doing this analysis to safeguard the e-mail in an exceedingly method that ensures the security of the transferred data victimization MD5 coding through the employment of one its sorts that of is understood SHA-1 security, wherever it is inside the server to make sure that the system potency reaches the maximum amount as attainable in an exceeding manner that saves time for the user throughout the method of the information transmission and reception, where a private link is being sent with the required inquires to the private email of the beneficiary person in order to be able to enter and see the content.

Note that for each application there is a special link that can not be replicated even for the same person.
