Nasdaq Dubai Academy presents a new two-day program that will provide a comprehensive understanding of products,financial instruments and issues relating to Islamic trade finance.

Through real-life examples the expert course director will focus on how to develop and structure various products used in Islamic trade finance and highlight the Sharia'a, legal,documentation and risk management issues relating to these products.

الأهداف

- This practical, interactive and hands-on course will deliver the following key objectives : 1. Describe the structure and workings of the major trade finance products from the point of view of existing best practice in the Islamic banking industry. 2. Understand documentation used in each product offering, and the processes and methodology of implementation. 3. Assess the various risks that arise with regard to the operation of various products. Identify key potential obstacles to offering trade finance products in the most effective way, with the minimum risk. 4. The discussion will be supplemented by the use of practical examples and exercises to gain a sound understanding of the overall subject matter.
