Not paying credit cards debts : receiving gifts purchased on credit cards whose holder does not intend to pay

السؤال

As Salamu Alaykum, 1. My dad’s friend came from America and they shopped on the credit card and bought my mom and dad gifts with it but they didn't want it because he just uses the credit card but doesn't pay the bills for them but he still gave them so can we wear or give the clothes to someone or will we get sins or him because he forced us to keep them.
