الملخص EN

In this study, determination of the effect of building materials and tiling types on occupational exposure dose has been studied.

The study has been applied to selected laboratories and offices in the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority (NRRA).

Samples were collected from the building and tiling material used in emergency and laboratory building of NRRA.

The samples were prepared and measured for activity concentration using HpGe spectrometer.

The occupational exposure dose was calculated by room model calculation.

The model includes the room structure material, dimensions, doors and windows.

The effects of room dimension and window size on the calculated dose were also determined.
