Working in conventional banks : auditing banks and their interest transactions

السؤال

I'm working as an auditor in one of the auditing firms. We do audit different kinds of firms and organizations including banks. My questions are : (1) Is auditing firms that have deposits that take interest from bank Haram ? (2) Is auditing banks Haram ? taking in the consideration that I cannot say for my managers : "I want to audit this firm and I don't want to audit that one." and if it is Haram, can I calculate the time that I spend on auditing such banks and give it's ratio from my salary as Sadaqah ?
