Studying and working in the other financial firms and the financial sector : mortgage broker

السؤال

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh !!! I am a recent revert to Islam. Recently, I have begun working as a mortgage broker. (Finding loans for home buyers) I don't work directly for the lenders however I get paid based on the amount of interest the lender will receive. My concern is that I am committing Riba but I'm not sure since I don't get any of the interest. Can you advise me, brother. In Sha Allah. Jazakallah khair.
