Financing house purchase in the west : buying a house on mortgage in the USA : [2]

السؤال

Assalamu Alaikum I just wanted to know weather it's forbidden or legal to buy a house through a loan from the bank, keeping in mind that we cannot afford buying a house in cash, and in case of buying it, we will have to pay interest to the bank. And also could it be used as a business in the future (renting the house to some other people as a source of income to my family). Thank you and my Allah reward you all.
