Examples of lack of justifying needs : buying a house to grab an opportunity

السؤال

Assalamu Alaikum, I am currently living in the UK and I am planning to go and work in Saudi Arabia in the near future but before I go there I want to buy the house I am living in because if I don't buy it I will loose it and this house has been given to us from the council for ever to live in it as long as I am in the UK and I pay a relatively small rent compared to the market price as long as I am employed and because I might come back to live in the UK in the future InSha Allah I don't want to lose it given the fact that I will get it with a relatively cheaper price than the market price because it is a council property. My question is : am I allowed to take a loan from the bank to buy this house or not ? Many thanks. Hassan
