Examples of lack of justifying needs : buying a housing project with interest in the USA

السؤال

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakatuh. I am trying to establish and Islamic community and would like to purchase houses and housing units to provide my Muslim brothers and sisters adequate low cost housing. Purchasing the property will involve Riba. My plan is to buy the property on interest and pay off the loan within 2-3 years’ time. Is this permissible being that it is to help other Muslims feasible Allah ????? Notes : I am also trying to do the same with in the business area. Muslim owned Muslim run businesses.
