Interest-based loans to establish a business

السؤال

I want to establish a project (industry) the cost of project is one million us dollars, I have half million, I need another half million to complete my project, I sought loan from a bank, bank can give a loan, but they charge interest, Can I seek loan from bank while they charge interest to complete my project ? and I have no other alternative rather than bank. Here in Tanzania we do not have Islamic banks.
