Manufacturing Process is in continuous state of development to satisfy growing needs of humankind and match the increasing need of development.One of the most outstanding steps of development is the creation of LeanManufacturing.Many studies proofed Lean Manufacturingis the main reason of success for many major global corporates around the world.

Additionally, it is responsible for the survival and success of these corporates during crisis times.

Moreover, it caused competitive corporates to fail because of not adopting Lean Manufacturingprinciples or failing to adopt it in an effective manner.

However, the effective application of Lean Manufacturingfaces many challenges because of its huge scope and the versatile requirementsof creating the truly Lean culture within the company. The main objective of this study is to assess the application ofLeanManufacturing in the companies adopting lean management in order to improve its effectiveness.

In addition to develop a track for other companies planning to adopt lean management.This study explored key literature resulting in the development of a new model of application.

Moreover, a questionnaire developed as tool for gathering information gapping the bridges toward the effective application and problem solving.

Additionally, the newly designed model and tool were used in a case study to assess theapplication in one of the leading Jordanian manufacturing companies.

Descriptive statistics were used in this study, the study sample included (125) participant.

Moreover, SPSS software used in the data analysis.

The results showed that the general arithmetic mean of sample answers on the statements which evaluates the effective application of LeanManufacturing, has reached (3.203) of (4) representing high degree of estimation.

This success is justified by satisfying the critical requirement of application.

Additionally, critical recommendation developed toward further improvement
