Can I give my wealth to my children during my lifetime ?

Can I give my wealth to my children during my lifetime ? I understand that when writing a will the Qur’an tells us how our wealth should be distributed, e.g. 2 / 3 to the son and 1 / 3 to each of two daughters. But if I want to give my wealth to my children during my lifetime-will the same rules apply ? Or can I give as much as I want to one of my daughters ? Also, I own a property-can I say in my lifetime how I want the value of this property to be split between my children, Insha Allah or do I have to stick with 2 / 3 for the son and 1 / 3 for each daughter stated in my will until after I die ? I would really appreciate your help in these matters and look forward to hearing from you.
