Interest loans under hardship : what necessities relax the prohibition of Riba ?
السؤال
Is it Halal to borrow money for business from banks ? Notes I hear scholars saying : for emergency almost everything is Halal. If you are in a place where no food and you are about to die and you got Haram food (pork) then Halal to eat... Then please let me know what is the scale of emergency (financial position) for Riba to be Halal ?
