We would be very thankful if you could give us an answer to the following question: Q : Dear honorable Scholars Can I divide my wealth equally among my brothers and sisters after I die or is there a Shariah law on how to divide it. I have brothers and sisters although they agreed with my parents to give up their inheritance to my wife, but my wife and I agreed to divide our wealth equally to give to our brothers and sisters.
