Working in interest related companies organizations : [work in a real estate office in the Administration]

Asalamu alaykum dear Baba. I pray that all is well with you and our loved ones there. A friend of mine asked this question and I figured you can shed some light In Sha Allah. What (if anything) would make it Haram to be employed in a Real Estate office in an administrative capacity ? What are the grounds (Hadith, Qur’anic verse, Fiqh principle, etc.) for being cautions in this case ? What is the range of opinions in this matter ? Jazakumullah and Salaams Yaman
