Shari’ah perspective on business opportunities : buying a building that has a liquor store

السؤال

Asalmualikum, I had a question regarding the purchase of commercial property. I am looking to purchase a shopping center that has multiple stores. One of the locations is a liquor store. Is it permissible for me to purchase the shopping center since the Liquor store owner has a lease and I am unable to kick him out ? What if I buy the center with the intention of not renewing his lease When it is over ? Please advise. Jazakum Allah !
