Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the product of engineering scientists pursuing in developing the structural process and it is a revolution in construction industry.

BIM is becoming a better known and required from owners due to the rapid growth in structural sector which increase competition between companies to provide the best services.

The goal of this work is to study the influence of BIM on the construction management; through gathering data from the available literature review and previous studies, also a special questionnaire was designed to study the effect of using BIM on construction engineering management and its’ phases were tested that include Design management, Cost management, Time management, Risk management, Resource management and Quality management as dependent variables.

Two companies’ employees were selected as a sample to participate in this survey.

(119) questionnaires were distributed to employees, the returned questionnaires were (103), where it was found that (6) questionnaires are not valid and therefore have been excluded; (96) questionnaires were appropriate for analysis.

The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS ) was used to analyze the data statistically using T-Test.

The findings of this work indicate that BIM is an effective method in construction projects management; based on its’ positive influence on each of the above mentioned variables where all these variables have a significant level below (α=0.05) but with a vary influence percentages that put cost management onset and design management at the end.

Some recommendations were provided and some topics related to this subjects were suggested as future researches.
