[Can I have a loan from the bank]

السؤال

Salam Alaykum, dear scholar, I'm a trader. My shop, on top of which is my house, with my very next neighbor's shop form a complete apartment. He is intending to sell his share. If any other one bought this share, he will cause me much trouble. My problem is that I don't have enough money to buy this shop. Can I have a loan from the bank to buy it ? If not, what do you advise me to do ?
