Conventional and Islamic finance of home purchase : Islamic finance for house buying

السؤال

Salam Alaykum I want to take a home loan from an Islamic bank in Australia called MCCA. The transaction will be : Ijarah Muntahiah Bittamlik as they say. However when I asked MCCA where they got the money from ? They said from Australian financial institutions which of course lend the money with interest. Is it Halal to borrow from MCCA ? Please advice Jazaka Allahu Khayran
