-The transition of photons from a quark-quark interaction due to exchange gluon at high temperatures have been investigated and studied according on quantum chromodynamic theory QCD.

This study focuses on the evaluation of the photon transition rate production in an annihilation processes for quarks system using a simple model of quark-quark interaction according on quantum chromodynamic theory and perturbation theory using a quantum consideration.

Specifically, the total photons transition rate production at annihilation processes is evaluated as a function of the running strength coupling scaled ,momentum transfer P, photon energy EY, critical temperature Tc, and thermal energy T for system.

The probability of photon transition rate Z(as, E,T) have been evaluated using two values of critical temperature Tc =144 MeV, and Tc =170 MeV with many values of thermal energy T =125 MeV, T =188 MeV, T=250 and T =310 MeV relative to momentum transfer P=1 to 5 GeV.

At first order approximation the quantum chromodynamic theory for quark-antiquark annihilation indicates to exponential divergent of photons yield rates for quark-quark interact.

According to the perturbation theory at high temperature we show that effects of energy to the exchanged of gluon on the confinement and asymptotic freedom provide finite rates.

In this thesis, results exhibit the two distinct behaviors of quarks state interaction which are described as confinement and deconfinement depending on the running coupling strength as(T).

The rate transition of photons is increasing at decreasing of running coupling strength as(T) and decreases of the photon energy EY, with the increase of thermal energy T and emitting photon would be large.

On the other hand the photon transition rate proportional to the critical temperature and the photon transition rate increase with the increase of the temperature and decrease with the decrease of momentum transfer.
