الملخص الإنجليزي

Child Computer Interaction (CCI) is a broad concept involves all computer applications on an smart devise, used by children.

These applications either used for playing and entertainment or used to develop children's mental abilities.

There are also variety of applications even to disabilities, such as Aphasia, Autism or loss of speech in children for different reasons.

In this thesis, an action plan was proposed to be adopted by researchers, who are interested in developing android application We concentrated on low-income class children.The testing phase was aimed to result in a few variables that could be relied on in developing interactive systems targeting children.

These variables that were founded to be significant are movement, sound, music, text and the controllability of characters’ features.

This thesis aims to prove that the above-mentioned variables, if combined in a suitable framework, could result in a more attractive application to children.

Our study results, which were concluded from studying the reaction of over 48 children in southern part of Jordan, support this profound finding
