الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aimed to identify the English Language Teachers' Attitudes In Southern Al-Mazar Directorate of Education Towards Using Reinforcement and Its Relation to Some Variables.

To achieve the purpose of the study,a questionnaire was developed.

Validity and reliability of the questionnaire ware ensured .

The sample of the study consisted of 72 teachers in the schools of Southern district Al-Mazar.

The results of the study showed that there is an effect on the English Language Teachers' Attitudes In Southern Al-Mazar Directorate of Education Towards Using Reinforcement and Its Relation to Some Variables.

The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at (0.05< α ) according to the teacher's point of view towards impact of verbal reinforcement on attitude attributed to (gender, qualification and experience
