The primary objective of this study is to find Relationship between practical intelligence and thinking styles with vocational adjustment have technical workers.

After the application of standards and statistically analyzed results showed follows ,1-Not to contribute to the practical intelligence in the vocational adjustment, it is likely to be due to the regulatory and legal conditions experienced by the factory the time of application.
