The Kyoto commitments by developed countries in the protocol for dealing with climate change are ambitious, and Articles 6, 12, 17 of the Protocol establishes three flexible mechanisms which aims to help these industrialized countries meet their goals reduction easier and promoting the transfer of technology to developing countries, this is the Clean Development Mechanism respectively, joint implementation, the exchange of emission rights.
Flexibility mechanisms involved in addition to the national mechanisms, measures taken within the states are an important part of efforts to reduce the use of the mechanisms of economic benefit from flexibilities that would supplement.
الملخص FRE
Les engagements souscrits par les pays développés dans le protocole de Kyoto pour faire face aux changements climatiques sont ambitieux, ainsi les articles 6, 12, 17 du protocole établissent trois mécanismes de flexibilité dont l’objet d’aider ces pays industrialisés à atteindre leurs objectifs de réduction plus facilement et favoriser le transfert de technologie vers les pays en développement, il s’agit respectivement de mécanisme de développement propre, la mise en oeuvre conjointe, l’échange de droit d’émission.
Les mécanismes de flexibilités interviennent en supplément des mécanismes nationaux, les mesures prises à l’intérieur des états constituent une part importante des efforts de réduction, le recours aux mécanismes de flexibilités de nature économique ne venant qu’en supplément.
