Look like Turkey and Iran Kqutin dominant in the region, as is the case today, this region, which is characterized by imbalances and lack of balance, and gain-Iranian relations-Turkish doubly important with circles specialists, researchers and decision-makers in the Arab region, because of that both Iran and Turkey Ikunan in conjunction with the Group of Arab States what area called the «Middle East».

These contradictory positions highlights the troubled relations between the two countries which date back to the time of the Ottoman and Persian empires.

The competition was due to the objectives of each of them, especially since both of them want to emerge as a regional power able to play a role in helping to stabilize one of the most important centers of tension in the hemisphere.

In this study, an attempt to read the nature of the Turkish-Iranian relations between the Alliance and the imperatives of competition in the following three themes: - The historical legacy of the Iran-Turkey relations.

- Race competition for influence between Iran and Turkey.

- Strategic bets both Turkey and Iran.
