This research aims to introduce the legitimate controls of trade and dictate the ethics of merchant and the extent of their impact on commercial traffic and reflections caused on the economic side, on an individual level and on the state's economy in general, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to the literature of the subject through what is stated in Koranic verses and hadith and what specialists wrote in this area and the researcher reached a number of recommendations which are : 1_ work to disseminate religious awareness among traders 2_ work to prevent usurious transactions in Islamic countries 3_ emphasis on commitment controls in legitimate trade 4_ uphold the moral universe in commercial transactions
