The Essential Fundamentals of Documenting an Electronic Signature in Electronic Transactions in Sudanese Law of 2007 With the large increase in the electronic transactions of electronic commerce (E-Commerce), safety and security of those transactions and the postings problems appeared.

The majority of the transactions concluded between absent and this is due to the different place and time of the contract.

In addition, the contracting parties often entered in dealings with each other in indirect relationship.

The availability of elemental trust and confidence is crucial to the development of Ecommerce and electronic transactions.

Therefore, it is necessary to find a third party in order to document the dealings among the parties who use electronic means in their transactions.The function of this party is to provide electronic attesting service through the insure that the electronic signature issued by the original contractor and it is true that the signed data has not been distorted or modified, using technical means to maintain and insure the system of electronic signature and message data sent.
