This study aims to shed light on the importance of the role which the lobby plays to affect the American foreign policy in general.

The importance of the existence of Arab lobby is its ability to carry the problems of Arabs and to face the other lobbies with has a powerful affect on American policy such as the Zionist Lobby.

This study applied political system approach since it deals with incomes and outcomes which finally leads to the powerful centers which affect political decisions.

The study was able to answer the raised questions revolving around the settings from which an Arab lobby which can affect the American the Foreign policy, as the Zionist Lobby, would be established in spite of all difficulties.

The study concludes that Arab has the power and factors according to which the can establish an effective Arab Lobby.

The most important factor is oil.

Moreover, Arab much get the chance and apply all the possible factors to affect American Policy.
