On the existence and stability of positive solution for a nonlinear fractional-order differential equation and some applications

We are concerned here with a class of nonlinear fractional-order di®erential equa- tions.

We study the existence of a unique positive solution, its uniform stability and its global stability at the equilibrium points.

The fractional-order logistic equation, replicator ( hawk-dove (HD) game) equation, law of mass actions and some other examples will be considered as applications.
